Talent Management Section Head

A reputable FinTech company is seeking to hire a Talent Management Section Head:

Who will be responsible for planning, organizing and facilitate various talent management activities such as performance management, learning and development and will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing employees.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive talent management framework including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and career pathways.
  • Collaborate with leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to accelerate their growth and advance their careers.
  • Update organization structure and JDs.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior managerial roles.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring annual talent acquisition budget.
  • Assisting in developing all departmental objectives and develop departments KPls.
  • Monitoring and reporting on staff turnover rates.
  • Overseeing the talent acquisition process and sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
  • Ensuring that the onboarding process is in place effectively.




     

Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in talent management or a related field.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proven ability to manage and lead change initiatives within an organization.Master's degree preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
