- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Prepare and review working shop drawings for projects & its facilities.
- Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices.
- Prepare client invoices & variation orders.
- Interact with the Material Engineer regarding the material submittal and specifications.
- Undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.
- Review & issue letters and deals with consultant & its feedback for claims, variations.
- Prepare requests information for Weekly progress report.
- Work coordination with head office, other departments, local consultant, subcontractors & the clients including documentation.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Identify project cost and time overrun risk to prepare a recovery plan
