Retention Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Specialist at 4level1. The Retention Specialist will be responsible for managing customer retention, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer feedback. The role involves strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers.

 


Bachelor's degree is essential.Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or retention, preferably in the education or language learning industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Proven track record of meeting retention targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience in ERP Systems is preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.Good command in English language.
