- Develop, revise and recommend Egypt HR policies and procedures, laws, standards, regulations, working conditions, wages, and employee benefits.
- Implement and revise company’s compensation and benefits program to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Experience in payroll management.
- Develop, analyze and update the company’s performance appraisal program.
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Manage, develop of HR Department goals, objectives and system.
- Creating a positive working environment.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.
- Creating and preparing the legal documents concerning Human Resource Management.
- Organize, direct, responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or job description, or performance evaluation forms.
- Administer and supervise work visa processing, visa renewal and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination with the high-level employees.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.HR diploma or certificate is a plus.8+ years of experience, must have proven experience in the Real estate field.Excellent Communication Skills.Fluent English is a must.Proficient in MS Office.
