People Experience Specialist

  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee benefits, support, and engagement.Knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle employee inquiries and concerns.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
