Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Update all recruitment processes design all talent acquisition processes provide support to performance and ensure the effectiveness of all projects.
  • Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers within the required timeframe and assist in obtaining all necessary approvals for candidate recruitment.
  • Manage both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles).
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems to track applicants through the selection phase through to onboarding.
  • Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Bachelor's degree holder.HR certificate/Diploma is a plus.Minimum of 3 - 5 years in HR field.Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance - management, and employment laws.Relevant industry experiences are a plus.Strong conflict management skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent command of the English language.Excellent computer skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.Be self-directed and motivated.
