Tasks will include :-

• Cold Calling, Booking Appointments, Sales, Sending sms and emails.
• Preparing contracts, lead generation, organizing leads, following wholesale selling methods. 

Skills :-

• Fluent Cultural English, You will need to be able to comprehend and understand English. C1 and above.
• Wholesale Real Estate : at least 1 year in appointment setting or real estate sales.
• Cold Calling / Appoint setting : Make outbound sales calls and schedule appoints as needed.
• Skip Tracing : be able to know how to find people phone and email with provided name and address.
• Worked in a CRM : we use a version of GHL to handle leads, emails, calls, sms, automations.

We do have an expectation of 10 appointments and 1 signed contract per week, starting on the 3rd week. We love to have fun and make LOTS of MONEY. This will be our first hire from the Philippines. We offer a lower base and commission.
