Exo Studio is seeking a passionate sales executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Developing and implementing sales plans.
- Establish a client base of individuals, organizations, associations, social, and/or corporate businesses through direct outside and inside selling to secure business for the company to ensure that sales and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Actively prospect and qualify new business.
- Follow up with clients regularly.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Job Requirements :-

At least 2 years of sales experience.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Excellent phone and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel or Google Docs - Google Sheets.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
