Exo Studio is seeking a passionate sales executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities :-

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans.
  • Establish a client base of individuals, organizations, associations, social, and/or corporate businesses through direct outside and inside selling to secure business for the company to ensure that sales and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Actively prospect and qualify new business.
  • Follow up with clients regularly.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Job Requirements :-

  • At least 2 years of sales experience.

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel or Google Docs - Google Sheets.

  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
