We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with Arabic and English capabilities. The role involved the following responsibilities:
- Establish a connection with the prospects who signed up for the product on the website.
- Schedule a demo with the customer.
- Handles sales chat.
- Use CRM for lead updation and track and maintain its CRM Hygiene.
- Capability to give a demo of the product to the customer.
- Serve as the first in-depth point of contact for customers.
- Make outbound cold calls to the targeted list of prospects.
- Provide product information to prospective customers.
- Handling customer queries and providing the required support.
- Customer onboarding, client support, nurturing, and success.
You Should Have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience selling technology products, preferably SaaS solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Experience in driving B2B sales growth preferably in a technology/product environment (in the SaaS industry preferred).
