  • Project meeting with the developer for the project brief & details

  • Responsible for creating the proposal as per the brief with the client.

  • Responsible for communicating with the production house, discussing the client’s requirements, receiving all the deliverables and insuring that they meet the criteria.

  • Account Manager will send a list of the potential vendors to the client for approval.

  • Account Manager has the ability to bring in sponsorship and finalizing deals with sponsors.

  • Responsible for approaching the shortlisted vendors for participating in the project/ event.

  • Responsible for all the legalities between TRUX & vendors and suppliers

  • Responsible for supervising & managing all the logistics and the execution of the project until the kickoff

  • After the kick off the Account Manager is responsible for all the operations during the project’s period

  • Responsible for updating the management with weekly reports about the project status

  • Responsible for creating project’s budget plan

  • Responsible for managing conflicts & solving problems on site with the vendors/ suppliers and subordinates.
