  • Collect service reports from engineers 

  • Dispatching tickets for call center and follow up engineers to update and close tickets

  • Create replacement procedures for faulty devices 

  • Collect and save projects income and details 

  • Some Data Entry

  • Submit required reports from teams managers 

  • Collect and follow up  SLA maintenance reports

  • Manage maintenance requests for 3rd parties
