A French Management Consultancy is expanding its roots in Egypt for the first time. Looking to employ an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive who could identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to initiate company sales in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively develop own sales pipeline to promote the service portfolio of the company and convert them into business.
· Develop and sustain solid relationships with local companies, French and international companies in the region, and the government.
· Collaborate with different company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
· Meet with potential clients or partners to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
· Create proposals and closing deals with the clients.
· Handle inbound inquiries and look after established clients, ensure repeat business, and identify up-selling opportunities.
· Take charge of the whole operation in the region – including but not limited to, sales, accounts, business development etc.
· Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to build a product and service solution offering, resolve conflicts, and achieve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Solid and proven sales results.
· Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
· Great networking skills.
· Emboldened by challenges.
· Have self-motivation and the desire to exceed set targets and objectives.
· Fluent in both English and Arabic – Required
French speaker – preferred
· Must be Egyptian
