About The Job:
We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and performance-driven HR Executive &
Vendor Manager capable of working inside a team and individually for the management of our growing linguist database.
To be successful in this role, you should have a considerable background in Human Resources management and a thorough knowledge of the translation industry.
Responsibilities:
Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly & annual evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Proactively recruit new resources to expand the company’s database of internal/external linguists
Negotiate preferred rates with recruited linguists according to company, department or project needs
Work closely with vendors to have their issues solved as early as possible, and liaison with appropriate departments for this purpose
Assist Production Teams on specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role.
Experience in the translation industry
Skilled in organizational and interpersonal dealings
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer MS Office skills (esp. Excel).
Resourceful and team player.
Effective time management
Accountability
