Assistant Director needed for a training center in EGYPT with minimum 4 years of experience,
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Following up Trainees Enquiries,
- Following up with unregistered trainees to register in our courses and informing them about the course schedule and start date,
- Preparing certificates for students who completed their training courses and giving them to,
- Following up on NGOs training courses (attendance sheet, financial report, apprenticeship form, programmatic report, internship report…),
- Getting several quotations for the needed kit for the available training courses
- Sending quotations and proposals for companies,
- Entering data and contact information related to potential and current customers to the Training Center System,
- Searching for qualified instructors and trainers to give our courses,
- Issuing salary payment request of the trainers,
- Following up with the instructors to make sure they fill out the students’ attendance sheet,
- Creating curricula for training courses,
- Making sure that the classes are clean and all tools are functioning well.
- BA in Business Administration or similar field,
- 4 years’ experience
- Fluent in English
- Have an excellent communication
