About the Job

  • Create, Develop, Design & editing documents and/or revisions and complete the necessary administrative work for their approval such as (Proposals, Manuals, Quotations, Offers, Contracts, Reports ... Extra.
  • Internet research for required tasks
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Assist with the recruitment process.
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and s
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Handling all office supplies, services.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
  • Answers calls, takes messages, handles correspondence.

 

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is A MUST (listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to speak fluently in English)
  • Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, .......).
  • Knowledge and skill of other design & editing applications is a plus.
  • BA degree in Administration, Arts, or equivalents (English).
  • High communication skills
  • Be patient and calm, have a strong sense of responsibility, quick reaction and implementation, be able to work under pressure
