To maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network.The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment to ensure smooth network operation.He/She are responsible for organizing, modifying, installing and supporting computer systems.Designs and installs LANs, WANs, Internet, and Intranet systems, and network segments and to ensure network availability to all users.

Job responsibility:

• Monitoring, scheduling/running of system backups, system upgrades, preventative maintenance, hardware replacement, system troubleshooting, logs review, etc.
• Work independently and as part of the Team to identify root cause issues and determine proper problem resolution.
• Work closely with application support personnel to support business-critical systems.
• Design, build and support server platforms (both physical and virtual) for use by business and application deployment.
• Represent the IT team to incorporate projects/initiatives.
• Participate in disaster recovery drills.
• Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
• Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
• Plan for disaster recovery and other backup contingencies.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and other network problems
• Install and maintain network hardware and software.
• Analyze and isolate issues.
• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
• Evaluate and modify the system's performance.
• Configuring and maintaining email applications
• Determine network and system requirements.
• Maintain the integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
• Design and deploy networks.
• Perform network address assignment.
• Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration.
• Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
• Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems.
• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, software deployment, security updates, and patches.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery planning/methods/strategies a plus
• Should have an understanding of fundamental IP networking concepts. Know what is LAN/WAN, Routing, VPNs, TCP/IP, ICMP, MTU, and IP subnetting.
• Perform server and security audits, and network-related system backups and recovery.
• Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
• Must be flexible and available for after-hours work.

• Organizational skills:
• B.Sc. in IT, or MIS, or Computer Science or any related field
• Individuals with ITIL, CCNA, and MCSE certifications will be preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role and hand-on experience with the following:
• Enterprise servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and data center facilities.
• Firewall, Windows desktop and server systems, software and services
• Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services
