  • Through Advertise the position, highlight the capabilities needed for the job, screen resume, Phone interviewing, Conduct Face-to-face interview and assessment, selection of candidate in accordance with technical managers, send offers and arrange on board process for new hires, manage new hire documentation and contacts , establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

  • support and help managers through our probation period evaluations .

  • Perform job analysis and evaluations and update job descriptions, assist in determining work flow and organizational restructure, assist to Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits support HR and Admin supervisor in studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.

  • Perform monthly and yearly implementations of performance appraisal procedures and policy, lect monthly performance results and provide coaching with department managers where needed, help determine training needs and conduct training and development activities as required.

  • Guide and solve employee daily work problems and issues between employees, manage relationships between employers and employees.
