• will have a desk and laptop set up at the villa compound during the construction and delivery phase of the project
• must work calm under stressful environments and handle pressure
• be a problem solver and find solutions to any situation that may arise during the construction phase
•  if you have worked before overseas before that will be a benefit
• the candidates must have knowledge of Home Automation Systems Ios and Android for the home automation system responsible for the whole house indoor and outdoor
• has superb color co-ordination and matching skills for paint work and villa home interior and exterior designs and materials as well as the latest technology and Landscape Architecture,Facades,Waterfalls Interior and Exterior Lighting ....E.T.C  
•  it would be appreciated if you know Auto Cad,3Ds Max,rivet,rhino Augmented Reality (A.i) computer design software and also be beyond superb in taking measurement Sizes.
