1. Job : Assistant Manager
Job Description
1. Management of Quality, Quantity, and Cost of locally purchasing automotive parts (local parts)
- Manage and monitor the quality of the local parts, consider and implement improvement ideas
- Understand, inform and record technical change information with related to the local parts, and lead and manage the necessary production preparation at applicable suppliers
- Monitor for the defects at the goods incoming inspection, and initiate necessary actions to solve the defects
2) Manage and control the delivery quantity and the timing
- Monitor VV (vendor to vendor) parts/components (for the local parts production) importing status at suppliers and make sure for an adequate stock of the VV parts/components at the suppliers
- Stock taking of the VV parts/components
- Understand and share the production schedule of suppliers, and control the delivery quantity/timing by communicating to a buyer
3) Manage and understand the cost structure of the local parts, negotiate for the prices, consider and implement improvement ideas
- Understand the production process of the suppliers, analyze the cost structure of the local parts, and look for possible improvement points (cost reduction, efficient procedure, ect) to lead Kaizen (improvement) activities at the suppliers
- Price negotiation of the local parts to the suppliers
4) All other activities to ensure the items 1~ 3 above
2. Qualifications:
- 30-34 years old having work experience for 5-10 years at automotive field as engineer
Education: Graduated from faculty of engineering or science
Language: English must be fluent
Gander: Male or Female
Nationality: Egyptian
Strong Commitment to "time" and "due date"
Strong willingness to complete each work
Active listening and Cooperativeness
Willingness to improve him/herself and learn new things
3. (Preferable qualifications)
Small team management
Production planning or control
Logistics management and/or control
Quality assurance or control
Procurement (negotiation experience)
4. Other skills:
Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word) , Logical 7. writing , Microsoft Office (Access) - preferable
