- وصف الوظيفة:
- إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) المعمارية التفصيلية بناءً على مستندات التصميم، بما في ذلك المساقط الأفقية والقطاعات والتفاصيل اللازمة للتنفيذ.
- التنسيق بين المخططات المعمارية والرسومات الإنشائية ورسومات الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) لتحديد وتفادي أي تعارضات.
- مراجعة وإدارة مواصفات المشروع، والعقود، وسجلات طلبات الاستفسار (RFI).
- إجراء حصر الكميات، وإعداد جداول الكميات (BOQs)، والتحقق من المطابقة الفنية للمواد.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لمهندسي الموقع لحل تعارضات التصميم وضمان توافق التنفيذ مع الرسومات التنفيذية المعتمدة.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- المؤهل: بكالوريوس هندسة معمارية.
- البرامج: إجادة استخدام برنامج AutoCAD وRevit بشكل أساسي، بالإضافة إلى حزمة Microsoft Office.

- Architecture Site Technical Office Engineer.
-Job Description:
-Creating detailed architectural shop drawings based on design documents, including plans, sections, and details for execution.
-Coordinating architectural plans with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings to identify clashes.
-Reviewing and managing project specifications, contracts, and RFI (Request for Information) logs.
-Performing material take-offs, preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and verifying material technical compliance.
-Providing technical support to site engineers to solve design conflicts and ensuring construction aligns with approved shop drawings.
Job Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
-Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is standard, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
-Experience: 3-5 years of previous experience in a technical office setting, including knowledge of construction techniques and material specifications.
