Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the EL,ELSP,SPLVS in Egypt.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.
• Qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering Specialists.
• Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions.
• Adapting corporate contractual framework to the local business needs.
• Recommending frame agreements to management and executes upon approval.
• Analyzing and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value.
• Supporting bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.
• Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
• Ensuring the SAP Ariba platform is updated as defined in the procedure.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• You have 2-5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing and Supply Chain.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP / ARIBA / Power BI / Microsoft Office
• You are passionate about negotiation and sourcing
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply chain and relevant fields.
• You are at ease communicating in English
• You are ok to work at 10th of Ramadan city office
