OPay wishes to hire an Outdoor Sales Representative with the following requirements: - Executing POS device distribution within the specified work area. - Organizing sales visits and following up on merchants' requests according to the instructions of the Area Sales Manager and in coordination with the Sales Supervisor. - Maintaining relationships with merchants to ensure continuous growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by searching for potential clients. - Taking responsibility for the daily work plan (sales targets, updating client cards, etc.). - Ensuring understanding of merchants' needs and issues, and providing collaborative support to improve customer satisfaction. - Achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Collecting payments from merchants on time and depositing them in the bank. - Sending a daily sales report to the Sales Supervisor. Qualifications: - High school diploma / Higher or intermediate qualification. - Available for fresh graduates and those with experience in electronic payments and FMCG. - 0-2 years of experience. - Possessing negotiation skills with merchants. - Military service completed or exempted.
