تبحث مجموعة دايس عن منسق تصدير دقيق ومهتم بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تنسيق شحنات التصدير، وإعداد وثائق الشحن، وضمان تسليم الطلبات للعملاء الدوليين بسلاسة وفي الوقت المحدد.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تنسيق وتتبع شحنات التصدير من جاهزية الطلب حتى التسليم النهائي
إعداد ومراجعة وثائق التصدير والشحن
التنسيق مع وكلاء الشحن، وخطوط الملاحة، والمخلصين الجمركيين، والفرق الداخلية
متابعة الحجوزات ومواعيد الشحن وجداول التسليم الزمنية
ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات التصدير والوثائق المطلوبة
التنسيق مع فرق التجارة (Merchandising)، والمستودعات، والإنتاج، والمالية
مراقبة حالة الشحنات وحل أي تأخيرات أو مشكلات متعلقة بالوثائق
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، أو سلاسل الإمداد، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذات صلة
خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في التصدير / اللوجستيات، ويفضل في قطاع الملابس / المنسوجات
معرفة جيدة بإجراءات التصدير ووثائق الشحن
مهارات قوية في التنظيم والمتابعة والتواصل
إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية
مهارات جيدة في برامج MS Office، وخاصة Excel
Job Summary:
Dice Group is looking for a detail-oriented Export Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating export shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of orders to international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track export shipments from order readiness to final delivery
Prepare and review export and shipping documentation
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams
Follow up on booking, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines
Ensure compliance with export procedures and required documentation
Coordinate with Merchandising, Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams
Monitor shipment status and resolve any delays or documentation issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
3–7 years of experience in Export / Logistics, preferably in the Garment / Apparel Industry
Good knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation
Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
Good command of English
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
