كيميائي Chemistالهدف العام من الوظيفة 1) إجراء التحاليل والاختبارات الكيميائية والفيزيائية للخامات والخلطات والزجاج والمنتج النهائي، وإصدار نتائج دقيقة تدعم قرارات القبول والتشغيل والجودة. 2) متابعة ثبات التركيب واللون والخواص، وكشف الانحرافات مبكرًا، وضمان سلامة المواد الكيميائية وأجهزة المعمل وسلامة السجلات والعينات.نطاق المسؤولية 1) رمل السيليكا وكربونات الصوديوم والحجر الجيري والدولوميت والفلسبار والإضافات والملونات ومزيلات اللون والكسر الزجاجي والخلطة والمنتج. 2) تنفيذ التحاليل طبقًا لطرق معتمدة وحدود صلاحية واضحة، وعدم اعتماد خامة أو تغيير تركيبة أو مواصفة دون تفويض موثق.المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية 1) سحب العينات أو استلامها والتحقق من تعريفها وتمثيلها وحفظها وتتبعها وفق خطة الفحص. 2) إجراء التحاليل والاختبارات وتسجيل النتائج ومراجعتها ومقارنتها بالمواصفات وحدود الضبط. 3) إبلاغ الإنتاج والجودة فورًا بالنتائج الحرجة أو غير المطابقة والمشاركة في تحديد الإجراء المناسب. 4) متابعة أجهزة المعمل والمعايرة والمواد القياسية والكواشف والمخزون وسلامة الاستخدام والتخلص. 5) إعداد التقارير وشهادات التحليل وتحليل الاتجاهات والمشاركة في التحقيق والتحسين المستمر.المؤهلات والخبرة 1) المؤهل: بكالوريوس علوم تخصص كيمياء أو كيمياء تطبيقية أو ما يعادله. 2) الخبرة: من سنتين إلى أربع سنوات في معمل صناعي، ويفضل في صناعة الزجاج أو السيراميك أو المواد الخام. 3) معرفة بأساسيات كيمياء الزجاج وأخذ العينات وطرق التحليل وضبط الجودة وسلامة المواد الكيميائية. 4) إجادة استخدام أجهزة المعمل المتاحة وبرامج Office ونظام ERP أو LIMS عند توفره. 5) يفضل التدريب في ISO 9001 أو ISO/IEC 17025 وSDS والتحقيق في عدم المطابقة. 6) اجادة اللغة الإنجليزية من اهم المؤهلات الأساسية والمطلوبة

Chemist General Job Objective 1) Conduct chemical and physical analyses and tests for raw materials, batches, glass, and final products, and issue accurate results that support acceptance, operation, and quality decisions. 2) Monitor the stability of composition, color, and properties, detect deviations early, and ensure the safety of chemicals, laboratory equipment, and the integrity of records and samples. Scope of Responsibility 1) Silica sand, sodium carbonate, limestone, dolomite, feldspar, additives, colorants, decolorizers, cullet, batch, and product. 2) Perform analyses according to approved methods and clear limits of authority, and refrain from approving raw materials or changing formulations or specifications without documented authorization. Key Responsibilities and Duties 1) Draw or receive samples and verify their identification, representation, preservation, and traceability according to the inspection plan. 2) Conduct analyses and tests, record results, review them, and compare them against specifications and control limits. 3) Promptly notify Production and Quality of critical or non-conforming results and participate in determining appropriate action. 4) Monitor laboratory equipment, calibration, standard materials, reagents, inventory, and safe use and disposal. 5) Prepare reports, certificates of analysis, trend analyses, and participate in investigation and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience 1) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science majoring in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or equivalent. 2) Experience: 2 to 4 years in an industrial laboratory, preferably in the glass, ceramics, or raw materials industry. 3) Knowledge of glass chemistry basics, sampling, analytical methods, quality control, and chemical safety. 4) Proficiency in using available laboratory equipment, Office programs, and ERP or LIMS system when available. 5) Training in ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 17025, SDS, and non-conformity investigation is preferred. 6) Proficiency in English is one of the most essential and required qualifications.
