High qualification, preferably a graduate in Commerce – Accounting or Business Administration or a related field. Previous experience in collection, accounting, finance, or customer service is preferred. Good background in basic financial and accounting principles, especially collection processes and customer accounts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Very good communication skills and the ability to deal with clients in a professional and tactful manner. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients. Ability to effectively follow up with clients regarding dues and checks. Accuracy and attention to detail when handling checks, documents, and financial records. Good follow-up, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to deal with clients in difficult situations and solve problems professionally. Commitment to punctuality, instructions, and work procedures. A driver's license or driving ability is not required, as transportation will be provided for client collection visits. Willingness to visit clients according to work needs and nature of the job.
