Key Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service and Sales: Greeting customers and accompanying them inside the branch, providing thorough explanations of product features (especially newborn supplies and educational toys) to help them make purchasing decisions. Merchandising and Product Display: Arranging clothing and products according to sizes and colors, and maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the assigned department at all times. Monitoring Stock Shortages: Monitoring available products on the display floor and fetching missing items from the internal stockroom to ensure shelves are never empty. Keeping Up with Offers: Informing customers about current discounts and promotional offers and encouraging them to take advantage of them (Up-selling). Cashier Operations Support: Assisting customers at the checkout point and packaging purchases in an organized and neat manner that protects the products.
