الهدف من الدور الوظيفي:
بصفتك شريك أعمال الأفراد والتنظيم (P&O)، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ أجندة الأفراد والتنظيم لقطاع التوريد في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا (MEA).
سيتضمن هذا الدور شراكة يومية في الموارد البشرية عبر دورة حياة الموظف، مع المساهمة في الموهبة، والأداء، والمشاركة، والفاعلية التنظيمية، ومبادرات التغيير.
سيعمل شريك أعمال الأفراد والتنظيم عن كثب مع قيادة الموقع، ومديري الأفراد، وفريق الأفراد والتنظيم الأوسع لتنفيذ مبادرات الأفراد، وتلبية احتياجات الموظفين، ودعم تحقيق أولويات العمل والأفراد في الموقع مع تعزيز بيئة "مارس واحدة" التي تقدم برامج ودعم الأفراد والتنظيم لجميع الموظفين والمديرين المباشرين.

ما هي مسؤولياتك الرئيسية؟
- قيادة مبادرات مشاركة الموظفين ودعم خطط العمل التي تحسن التجربة العامة للموظفين وثقافة مكان العمل.
- تعزيز الكفاءة عبر نموذج التشغيل للأفراد والتنظيم لضمان اعتماد برامج مارس المميزة (Mars Signature Programs) وتمكين العمليات.
- دعم إدارة الأداء وتطوير المواهب والتخطيط المهني وأنشطة بناء القدرات.
- التنسيق مع فريق استقطاب المواهب بشأن أنشطة التوظيف المطلوبة، بما في ذلك طلبات التوظيف، والمقابلات، واختيار المرشحين، وثائق التعيين.
- التنسيق مع فريق خدمات دعم الموظفين بشأن عمليات الإعداد والانضمام وتأهيل المغادرين لضمان تجربة سلسة وإيجابية للموظف.
- تقديم التوجيه والدعم اليومي في مجال الأفراد والتنظيم للموظفين والمديرين المباشرين.
- التنسيق مع إدارة المرتبات، والعلاقات الحكومية، والخدمات المشتركة، والفرق الأخرى لحل استفسارات الموظفين.

- أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في الموارد البشرية أو دور مشابه يركز على الأفراد.
- يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في دعم الموظفين والمديرين في بيئة موقعية أو تصنيعية أو تشغيلية أو بيئة ذات نمط عمل سريع.
- خبرة عملية في المشاركة، وإدارة الأداء، والتعلم والتطوير، والتوظيف، والإعداد للانضمام، وإدارة الموارد البشرية.
- مهارات اتصال قوية كتابية وشفهية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Role Purpose:
As the People & Organization Business Partner, you will be responsible for executing the P&O agenda to the MEA Supply.
The role will have day-to-day HR partnership across the associate lifecycle while contributing to talent, performance, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives.
The P&O BP will work closely with site leadership, people managers, and the wider P&O team to implement people initiatives, address associate needs, and support the delivery of the site’s business and people priorities promoting a “one Mars” environment that delivers P&O programs and support for all Associates and Line Managers.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Drive associate engagement initiatives and support action plans that improve the overall associate experience and workplace culture.
- Drives efficiency across the P&O operating model ensuring adoption of Mars Signature Programs; and enabling operations.
- Support performance management, talent development, career planning, and capability-building activities.
- Coordinate with Talent acquisition team the recruitment activities needed, including job requisitions, interviews, candidate selection, and hiring documentation.
- Coordinate with the Associates Support Services team the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive associate experience.
- Provide day-to-day P&O guidance and support to associates and line managers.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Government Relations, Shared Services, and other teams to resolve associate queries.
- Support the implementation of site, local, regional, and global P&O programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, local labor requirements, and data-confidentiality standards

What are the Main Qualifications of the role?
- Ability to work on-site at 6th of October Plant and commute.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any field.
- +5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a similar people-focused role.
- Previous experience supporting employees and managers in a site-based, manufacturing, operational, or fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Practical experience in engagement, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
