صياغة المنهجيات وإطار عمل تحليل الأعمال الخاص بالمهمة. تقديم المشورة للعميل من واقع الخبرة لزيادة القيمة. تقديم التوجيه والمراجعات لتحقيق الجودة للوصول إلى حل صالح ومتسق مع مراعاة الوقت والميزانية المحدودين. قيادة فريق صغير من محللي الأعمال.
