For a major trading company operating in the field of supplying construction tools and equipment, machinery, and water pumps, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer (Service Engineer) to work at the company's Workshop in Heliopolis (Gesr El Suez). The Service Maintenance Engineer will report directly to the Workshop Manager. Responsibilities: Following up on work orders (W.O) from opening to completion and closure. Ensuring all documentation for work orders is complete. Preparing reports on technicians' working hours, delays, rework, equipment count, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibility for warranty programs. Responsibility for warranty claims (Warranty Claims). Coordinating between different departments to ensure completion of work orders. Executing paperwork and correspondence related to work. Preparing technical reports. Submitting periodic reports to the Workshop Manager on all related tasks and work. Required Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Neat and professional personal appearance, and commitment to professional look and behavior. Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations. Good organization. Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks at the same time. Ability to work positively within a team, and assist in performing various tasks when needed. Job Requirements: Holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer in a related field. Basic level in English. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
