Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter – Blue Collar in Nasr City to join our Recruitment team. The role will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment projects, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring hiring targets are achieved within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage blue collars and high-volume recruitment projects for multiple positions.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial phone and online interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an efficient recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Achieve recruitment targets and meet agreed hiring timelines.

Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, open days, and other mass hiring activities when required.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress.

Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Previous experience in blue collars or high-volume recruitment is highly preferred.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment.

Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
