Role Description The AI Team-Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions that support the company’s training and educational services. Day-to-day tasks include managing a multidisciplinary AI team, assigning and tracking tasks, reviewing technical work, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The AI Team-Lead collaborates with training experts, content developers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance learning experiences, automate processes, and improve decision-making. The role involves defining AI project roadmaps, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks, monitoring model performance, and ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant use of data. The AI Team-Lead is also expected to mentor team members, document best practices, and contribute to continuous innovation in AI-enabled training solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong AI and machine learning skills, such as experience with model development, training, evaluation, and deployment using common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Candidates should possess solid data-related skills, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, data analysis, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Candidates should possess software engineering skills relevant to AI projects, such as proficiency in Python or similar languages, version control (Git), API development, and integration of AI models into production systems.
• Candidates should possess leadership and project management skills, including team coordination, task prioritization, stakeholder communication, and the ability to deliver projects on schedule.
• Candidates should possess skills in applying AI to education or training contexts, such as personalized learning, content recommendation, assessment analytics, or intelligent tutoring systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on practical, outcome-oriented solutions.
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage for collaborating with local teams and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site
