WE’RE HIRING | ONLINE ACADEMIC SUPERVISOR

Concept Training Institute is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Academic Supervisor to lead and develop our growing Online Academic Track.

Work Location: Remote / Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Lead and supervise the Online Academic Team, ensuring high-quality teaching and consistent academic standards.
• Monitor instructors’ performance, classes, demos, feedback, and student progress.
• Plan and manage online academic schedules, levels, class allocation, and instructor assignments.
• Conduct regular teacher observations, evaluations, coaching, and performance follow-ups.
• Support the development and implementation of academic procedures, materials, and quality standards.
• Ensure a strong and consistent online student experience, from enrollment through retention.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Retention Teams to support the growth of the Online Track.
• Contribute to the academic vision and commercial direction of the Online Track, particularly regarding online marketing campaigns, sales offers, student retention, and course positioning.
• Identify challenges and opportunities within the Online Track and propose practical solutions to improve performance and growth.

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in an Academic Supervisor / Senior Academic / Academic Management role.

✔️ CELTA or DELTA certification is REQUIRED.

✔️ Strong experience in English language teaching and academic supervision.

✔️ Excellent understanding of online teaching and virtual classroom management.

✔️ Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to analyze academic performance and take data-driven decisions.

✔️ Strong English communication skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
