Design, implement, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN environments.
Configure and manage enterprise network devices including Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, and equivalent technologies.
Manage and troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, STP, LACP, QoS, OSPF, BGP, IPsec, and network segmentation.
Implement and troubleshoot SD-WAN, leased lines, Internet connectivity, VPNs, and multi-site/branch connectivity.
Design, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi / WLAN infrastructure.
Monitor network performance, availability, and security using ManageEngine, Wireshark, and other monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Troubleshoot complex network incidents and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
Perform network capacity planning, performance optimization, and infrastructure health checks.
Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams, configurations, and technical procedures.
Lead and participate in network infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
Coordinate with IT, Cybersecurity, vendors, ISPs, and service providers to resolve technical issues and deliver network projects.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior network engineers.
Ensure network infrastructure follows established security, availability, and operational standards.
Participate in planned maintenance activities and provide out-of-hours support when required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or a related field.
3-7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, OSPF, BGP, QoS, DNS, DHCP, VPN, IPsec, and SD-WAN.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or equivalent enterprise networking technologies.
Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, access control, and network segmentation.
Practical experience with Wireshark and network monitoring tools; ManageEngine is preferred.
Experience supporting multi-site / branch networks and ISP connectivity.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and operate effectively under pressure.
