We’re Hiring: Learning & Development Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team and lead strategic initiatives across Learning & Development, Talent Development, Coaching, Assessment Centers, and Performance Improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for an L&D professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders and turning organizational needs into effective people-development solutions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As our L&D Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement L&D strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and competency gap analysis.
• Design and deliver onboarding, technical, behavioral, leadership, and soft-skills training.
• Lead Assessment & Development Centers for talent identification, promotions, succession planning, and career development.
• Provide coaching and development support to employees and managers.
• Facilitate structured, competency-based feedback and development conversations.
• Design and monitor IDPs/PDPs and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Partner with managers to identify and develop high-potential talent.
• Manage LMS and digital learning platforms.
• Measure training effectiveness, performance improvement, and business impact.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

You could be a great fit if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Assessment Centers and Development Centers.
• Strong experience in coaching and providing constructive feedback.
• Experience managing PIPs, IDPs/PDPs, and competency frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English (C1) – mandatory.
• BPO experience is a strong advantage.

Plus Points

Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, ATD, ICF Coaching, or Train the Trainer are highly valued.
