Key Responsibilities:
Supervising medical, nursing, and administrative staff during night shifts. Coordinating patient flow and monitoring appointment and registration processes. Resolving operational and clinical issues that arise overnight promptly and effectively. Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and infection control standards. Maintaining accurate documentation, logs, and reports. Supporting patient and family communication while handling escalations. Collaborating closely with other departments such as emergency, radiology, and laboratory to facilitate continuity of care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mandatory Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh / Medical Doctor) with a valid medical practice license. Demonstrated leadership and supervision abilities in a clinical or outpatient setting, including staff coordination and performance oversight. Strong patient care management skills, with experience in managing patient flow, triage, and service quality during busy shifts. Solid knowledge of hospital operations, clinical protocols, and infection control standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and during night shifts. Proficiency in using hospital information systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and basic office software. Previous experience in a supervisory or administrative healthcare role is highly preferred. A strong commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and continuous quality improvement. Ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis and be physically present on-site in 6th of October.
