Cible Finishing is looking for an experienced Finishing Site Engineer to join our team and oversee the execution of residential and commercial finishing projects.
Responsibilities Supervise and follow up on daily finishing and fit-out works. Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and the project team. Review drawings and finishing details and identify technical issues on site. Monitor site progress, materials, and work schedules. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of all finishing works. Prepare progress reports and communicate site updates to management. Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues efficiently.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in finishing or fit-out projects. Strong understanding of finishing works, materials, and construction details. Good ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings. Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office. Strong site supervision and coordination skills. Good communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned projects. Previous experience in residential or commercial finishing projects is preferred.
