Real Estate Trainer Company: Teletarget Location: Remote / Work From Home Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Job Summary Teletarget is seeking an experienced Real Estate Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate willhave strong real estate industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver online training and onboarding programs for new and existing real estate agents. Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions. Train agents on sales processes, lead handling, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing techniques. Conduct role-plays and call reviews. Monitor trainee performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide constructive feedback and individual development plans. Work closely with Team Leaders and Management to identify training needs. Track training progress and evaluate trainee performance.
Requirements
Previous Real Estate experience is a MUST. Previous experience as a Trainer, Coach, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Professional is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling. Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Ability to conduct effective online training and coaching sessions. Reliable internet connection and a professional work-from-home setup.
