Role Description The Outgoing Tour Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role involves designing and organizing international travel packages, preparing detailed itineraries, and coordinating bookings for flights, accommodation, transportation, and excursions. The Outgoing Tour Operator communicates with clients to understand their travel needs, provides advice on destinations and services, and responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include liaising with international suppliers and agents, negotiating rates, issuing confirmations and travel documents, and ensuring all services are delivered as agreed. The role also includes handling changes or cancellations, resolving issues during trips, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team with competitive packages and promotional offers. Qualifications Experience in outgoing tourism operations, including package design, itinerary planning, and international bookings. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Good knowledge of major international destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements. Proficiency with reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and standard office software. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, collaborate within a team, and handle multiple tasks under time pressure. Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage. Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry; a diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
