We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Nawy Real Estate. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our real estate platform by defining and executing the product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to identify product enhancements, prioritize features, and ensure a seamless user experience throughout the platform. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's business goals Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs Set product goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success Make data-driven decisions to balance short-term goals with long-term product vision Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories Oversee the product from ideation through development, launch, and growth stages Track product metrics post-launch, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes Gather feedback through customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies Create and prioritize product features based on user needs and feedback Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and intuitive

Requirements

5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager with software for mission-critical products, working with Agile methodology. Background in engineering, technology, or UX preferred Proven experience in customer development, product definition, feature scoping, and balancing tradeoffs for industry Leading business software products. Strong organizational skills: ability to track and prioritize multiple issues. Must be a strong collaborator, team player, and ability to manage a team Experience working with agile teams
