What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery. Strong background in customer service and POS retail operations. Fluent English for effective communication with international clients. Confident communicator with strong selling and presentation skills. Ability to support the Branch Manager and guide junior team members. Professional appearance with a customer-centric and detail-oriented mindset.
Your Role Deliver an exceptional client experience and manage the full sales lifecycle. Support the Branch Manager in daily operational activities. Maintain premium product displays and visual standards. Handle VIP clients and manage personalized service requests. Act as a role model and provide support in training junior staff.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Customer-service oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office
