متطلبات الوظيفة:
* درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
* خبرة تتراوح بين 7 إلى 9 سنوات كحد أقصى في الإنشاءات والمقاولات الميكانيكية.
* خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع الميكانيكية، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن مشاريع إنشائية واسعة النطاق.
* معرفة قوية بأنظمة التكييف والتهوية (HVAC)، والسباكة، ومكافحة الحرائق، والأنظمة الميكانيكية.
* فهم ممتاز لمواصفات المشاريع، والرسومات، والأكواد، والمعايير.
* مهارات قوية في القيادة، والتواصل، والتخطيط، وحل المشكلات.
* القدرة على إدارة أنشطة متعددة والعمل بفعالية تحت الضغط.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
* قيادة وإدارة جميع أنشطة المشاريع الميكانيكية من بدء المشروع وحتى الانتهاء والتسليم.
* تطوير ومراقبة جداول المشروع، وخطط القوى العاملة، واحتياجات المواد، والموارد.
* الإشراف على فرق العمل الميكانيكي في الموقع، والمقاولين من الباطن، والموردين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
* مراجعة وتنسيق رسومات الورشة، واعتمادات المواد، وبيانات الطريقة، وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs)، والوثائق الفنية.
* ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الميكانيكية وفقاً للرسومات المعتمدة، والمواصفات، والأكواد، ومتطلبات المشروع.
* التنسيق مع التخصصات المدنية والكهربائية والمعمارية وغيرها لتحديد وحل التعارضات الفنية.
* مراقبة تقدم المشروع، والإنتاجية، والجودة، والامتثال للجدول الزمني المعتمد.
* ضمان التوريد السليم، والتسليم، والتخزين، واستخدام المواد والمعدات الميكانيكية.
* إدارة المقاولين من الباطن وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية ومعايير المشروع.
* التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والعملاء فيما يتعلق بالقضايا الفنية، والتفتيش، والاعتمادات، وتقدم المشروع.
* مراقبة تكاليف المشروع، والتغييرات، والموارد لدعم التحكم الفعال في التكاليف.
* ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ومعايير الجودة طوال فترة تنفيذ المشروع.
* تحديد مخاطر المشروع، والتأخيرات، والقضايا الفنية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
* إعداد ومراجعة تقارير التقدم، وتحديثات المشروع، والتقارير الإدارية.
* قيادة أنشطة الاختبار، والتشغيل التجريبي، وحصر الملاحظات (Snagging)، والتسليم النهائي.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.* 7 - 9 years of Maximum experience in mechanical construction and contracting.* Proven experience managing mechanical projects, preferably within large-scale construction projects.* Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical Systems.* Excellent understanding of project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards.* Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all mechanical project activities from project initiation to completion and handover.* Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, and resources.* Supervise mechanical site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.* Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical documents.* Ensure all mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.* Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Architectural, and other disciplines to identify and resolve technical clashes.* Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with the approved schedule.* Ensure proper procurement, delivery, storage, and utilization of mechanical materials and equipment.* Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project standards.* Coordinate with consultants and clients regarding technical issues, inspections, approvals, and project progress.* Monitor project costs, variations, and resources to support effective cost control.* Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality standards throughout project execution.* Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.* Prepare and review progress reports, project updates, and management reports.* Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
