This role ensures project entitlements are properly identified, documented, submitted, certified, and collected — protecting both cash flow and contractual standing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and comfortable working across contracts, claims, variations, and financial follow-up, while coordinating closely with legal, finance, and project teams.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering+6 years of Experience Proven experience in contracts administration, commercial management, or claims within construction Strong understanding of construction contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC) Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Strong financial acumen tracking payments, collections, and cash-flow risk Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Project Engineering High attention to detail and organizational/reporting skills Proficiency in MS Office
