• Handle and execute customized customer requests related to lighting products and luminaires.

• Participate in the design, development, and modification of lighting fixtures based on customer requirements.

• Conduct photometric, optical, and functional testing for lighting products.

• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.

• Evaluate and select suitable LEDs, drivers, optical components, and other electronic components according to product requirements.

• Review component and driver datasheets to ensure technical and specification compliance.

• Coordinate technically with suppliers and component manufacturers regarding product requirements, samples, and technical issues.

• Research available components and supplier offerings to identify the most suitable technical solutions.

• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving related to lighting products and customer requirements.

• Assist in preparing and updating technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation.

• Ensure that developed products and modifications meet the required technical, optical, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of experience, preferably in the lighting industry.

• Very Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Basic understanding of LED technology and lighting fundamentals.

• Basic knowledge of photometric and optical terminology.

• Basic knowledge of engineering design and drafting software.

• Familiarity with lighting simulation software such as DIALux is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and develop technical knowledge.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
