Role Description The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support Plugin Talents’ recruitment, outsourcing, and training services. This full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi involves developing marketing strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and optimizing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The person in this role will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans and content. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing calendars, supporting sales with collateral and lead-generation initiatives, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Senior Marketing Specialist will also collaborate closely with client-facing teams to enhance customer experience and promote Plugin Talents’ value proposition across target markets. Qualifications Content creation:Ability to develop content plan; Plan theme, posts English caption and description Capable of writing short videos or reals for social media. Ability to deal with different platforms dynamics and characteristics and adjust contentaccordingly. Platform & Moderation Management :Basic skills of understanding, mentoring and improving company social media profileinsights.basic experience in professional page management; replaying on messages andcommentsability to use Canva for designing.
Offline marketing:Experience in printing and production; ability to communicate with printing house,identifying the right material, develop a solid description for production in terms of sizes,materials, production time and negotiate prices Plan and execute Company events. Following up on all company on ground activities like workshops Brand experience management . Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or arelated field.+5 years of experience in a Marketing Executive or similar role. Experience in social media management and content creation. Hands-on experience with video creation and editing (Reels / short-form videos) Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In,Tik Tok). Basic to intermediate video editing skills. Excellent command of English (spoken and written) Candidates should bring prior experience in B2B or professional services marketing; experience in recruitment, HR services, or training solutions is highly beneficial.
