Role Description The Senior Supervisor Application Development . NET Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading and supervising a team of software engineers focused on designing, developing, and maintaining . NET applications that support Xceed’s business operations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the full software development lifecycle, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards, and coordinating with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. The role involves managing application architecture, integrating with databases and internal systems, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security of deployed solutions. The Senior Supervisor will also handle project planning activities, track progress, mitigate risks, and provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. Collaboration with IT management, quality assurance, and business units is essential to deliver reliable applications aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with proven experience in . NET technologies (C#, ASP. NET, . NET Core) and object-oriented design. Hands-on experience with Databases, including designing schemas, writing optimized queries, and working with relational database systems such as SQL Server. Demonstrated ability in IT Management, including supervising technical teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring alignment with IT policies and standards. Solid Project Management capabilities, covering planning, task prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and on-time delivery of application development initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in . NET, database administration, or project management are an advantage. Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile or similar), version control systems, and application security best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively
