Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Agent based in Tanta, Egypt.

The Quality Assurance Agent will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer service quality, reviewing chats and calls, providing constructive feedback to improve team performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies, preparing quality reports, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting continuous process enhancement to maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, recruitment, or administrative roles

Job Details

- Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: 5 days per week with 2 fixed days off
- Location: Tanta Branch
