التنسيق مع فرق التسويق والتجاري والمخازن وخدمة العملاء.
دعم تنفيذ الحملات والأنشطة الترويجية وإطلاق المنتجات عبر الإنترنت.
مراقبة المنافسين واتجاهات السوق وأفضل الممارسات في التجارة الإلكترونية.
ضمان دقة محتوى الموقع ومعلومات المنتج وتحديثها باستمرار.
تحليل بيانات المبيعات والعملاء لتحديد فرص النمو.
إعداد تقارير منتظمة عن أداء التجارة الإلكترونية وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
المتطلبات
2–4 سنوات من الخبرة في التجارة الإلكترونية، ويفضّل في التجزئة أو الجماليات أو السلع الاستهلاكية بسرعة الحركة.
فهم قوي لعمليات التجارة الإلكترونية والمبيعات عبر الإنترنت.
مهارات تحليلية وحل مشاكل جيدة.
إتقان قوي للتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
مهارات تواصل والعمل الجماعي ممتازة.
إتقان جيد لـ Excel وبرامج Microsoft Office.
الخبرة في Shopify إضافة قوية.
القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع<.
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure the website is running smoothly.
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and product availability.
Monitor website performance, sales, conversion rates, and other key KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and increase conversion.
Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
Support the execution of online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and e-commerce best practices.
Ensure website content and product information are accurate and up to date.
Analyze sales and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail, beauty, or FMCG.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Shopify is a strong plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
