About the Role
Respect Tours is looking for an experienced Incoming Tour Operator to join our team in Cairo.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel programs across Egypt, handling bookings and suppliers, and ensuring every tour runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, cost, and customize travel packages and itineraries.- Coordinate bookings with hotels, Nile cruises, transportation providers, guides, and suppliers.- Handle reservations, confirmations, and complete travel arrangements.- Manage tour operations from arrival to departure.- Follow up on ongoing tours and ensure all services are delivered as planned.- Handle client requirements and resolve operational issues efficiently.- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.- Manage multiple bookings and travel files simultaneously.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in incoming tourism and tour operations.- Strong knowledge of Egypt destinations, hotels, Nile cruises, and tourism services.- Experience in designing, costing, and customizing Egypt travel itineraries.- Good knowledge of reservations and supplier coordination.- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent command of English.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
