مطلوب محاسب حسابات مدينة لشركة لوجستيات وسلسلة توريد متعددة الجنسيات تقع في 6 أكتوبر، الجيزة، مصر.
المسؤوليات:
- الحفاظ على الفوترة محدثة في ERP، إرسال الفواتير، والمتابعة مع المدفوعات.
- تخصيص المدفوعات، حل الت discrepancies المتباينة، وضمان الامتثال لتقدم AR.
- إعداد التحليلات الشهرية، دعم الإغلاق الشهري، وتحديث سجلات المدينين.
- الحفاظ على ملفات تدقيق العقود، تتبع المواعيد النهائية، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير القانونية والسياسات.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذو صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور AR مشابه.
- الإنجليزية بطلاقة أمر لا غنى عنه.
- قوة في مهارات Microsoft Office؛ ERP و CMA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Account Receivable Accountant is required for a multinational Logistics and Supply Chain company located 6 October, Giza, Egypt.
Account Receivable Accountant is required for a multinational Logistics and Supply Chain company located 6 October, Giza, Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date billing in ERP, send invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Allocate payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with AR aging.
- Prepare monthly analyses, support month-end closing, and update receivables records.
- Maintain contract audit files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal and policy standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years in a similar AR role.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; ERP and CMA are a plus.
