مطلوب محاسب حسابات دائنة لشركة متعددة الجنسيات في قطاع النقل وسلسلة التوريد وتقع في 6 أكتوبر، مصر.
المسؤوليات:
- مراجعة جميع الفواتير للوثائق والموافقة المناسبة قبل الدفع.
- تحديد أولوية الفواتير وفقاً لإمكانية خصم النقد وشروط الدفع.
- معالجة طلبات الشيكات.
- مطابقة الفواتير مع الشيكات، والحصول على جميع التوقيعات للشيكات وتوزيع الشيكات وفقاً لذلك.
- الرد على جميع استفسارات البائعين.
- مصالحة كشوفات البائعين، البحث عن والتوصل إلى تصحيحات للفروقات.
- المساعدة في الإغلاق الشهري.
- الحفاظ على الملفات والوثائق بدقة وبشكل كامل، وفقاً لسياسة الشركة وممارسات المحاسبة المقبولة.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذو صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور AP مماثل.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية شرط أساسي.
- مهارات قوية في Microsoft Office؛ ERP و CMA تعتبر ميزة.

Accounts Payable Accountant is required for a multinational Transportation and supply Chain company located 6 October, Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
- Process check requests.
- Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly.
- Respond to all vendor inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
- Assist in the monthly closing.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar AP role.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; ERP and CMA are a plus.
